Dead End Entertainment

How We Handle Your Info

Short version: we only ask for what we actually need, we don't sell anything, and we keep your info safe.

What We Ask For

We only ask for your name, address, email, and phone — that's it. We don't take photos of your ID, we don't sell your info, and we don't keep more than we need.

At the gate we'll match the name on your ticket to your physical ID — that's the whole reason we ask. Your date of birth is used to confirm you're 18+ before you can complete a purchase.

We never store driver's license photos, passport scans, or payment card numbers. Cards are handled by Stripe — we never see them.

Who Sees It

Only authorized Dead End Entertainment staff can access attendee records. Gate staff see just enough to verify your ticket. Full details are admin-only. We don't share, rent, or sell your information to anyone — ever.

How Long We Keep It

Signed forms and event records are kept for 7 years as required under Florida law. General ticket and attendee info is kept for up to 3 years for operational purposes. After that, it gets deleted.

How We Protect It

Your data is stored securely with role-based access controls. The QR code on your ticket is just a URL token — it doesn't contain your personal info. If someone screenshots your QR code, they can't pull your details from it.

Your Rights

Want to see, update, or delete your data? Contact Dead End Entertainment directly. We'll work with you, subject to any retention rules we're required to follow by law.
